HOW TO ORDER

Dear Cornerstone Families,
In order for us to continue to offer a hot lunch program to our families we will be returning to the Antioch Unified School District for our lunch service. The program offers meals that meets or exceeds standards established by the USDA and the National School Lunch Program.
The cost is $4.00 per lunch.
Free and reduced price lunches are also available to low income families.
Each month, mid-month, you will receive a menu calendar along with an order form for the following month. Please fill in the order form and return to the school office with payment (Cast or Check only - No Credit or Debit cards) no later than the due date that is specified on the order.
If your student is eligible for free or reduce lunch an order form still must be submitted and payment for reduced lunch (.40 each) in order for your student to receive a lunch. Please specify if your student wants Regular (R) or Chocolate (C) milk on the order form. Please adhere to the due dates on the form because late orders can not be accepted.
